Terms of Service
I am not responsible if the commissioner fails to read the terms of service. By ordering any of my art you agree to adhere to all of the terms of service listed below.
- I, as the artist, hold all rights and ownership of any art work that I produce.
- Do not trace/steal/re-post my art.
- If I do not feel up to any commission request for any reason or I'm unable to take it at the time then I will kindly decline your commission request.
1.0 - Usage Terms
- Please always credit me on Twitch/Youtube. For other social sites only credit the first time you post your commission on there. For Twitch please attribute the emote to 'Zansae' or give credit in a panel.
- Emotes are only allowed for social media and streaming platforms usage (Twitch, Discord, Youtube etc.), do not turn them into products for sale and profit. If you want them for additional commercial purposes there will be an extra cost.
- Reselling the emotes for the same amount you purchased them for is permitted but you must notify me about it and let me know who will be using them.
- I have the right to promote myself with any art that is created so if you want anything kept private you must notify me in advance.
1.1 - Process
1. Contact me via Twitter DMs or please @ me in a tweet if my DMs are ever closed and I will message you.
2. Please provide clear references of your character, an email for delivery of the files, and, a paypal email to send the invoice to.
3. If you have any special details you want me to pay close attention to please let me know. The more clear you are about what you want the easier the process.
3. If I choose to accept your commission, I will send you an initial sample sketch when I start to work on it which you must approve before we proceed. I can make changes during this stage and we can brainstorm ideas if need be.
4. After approval of initial sample, payment will be requested and upon settling work will resume on the piece.
5. During the colouring phase I will roughly colour it and send it to you for approval. Once approved I will clean and polish things up.
1.2 - Delivery
TAT is 5 days or less, max of up to 2 weeks depending on workload.
- Once the commission is complete I will send you all the versions without any watermarks. Files will be sent in a zip folder to the provided email address.
- You will receive the following emote sizes: 600x600, 112x112, 56x56, 28x28.
- Please check your spam folder as sometimes the delivery email may be flagged as spam automatically.
1.3 - Payment & Paypal
- Payment through Paypal or Ko-Fi.
- Payment must be done upfront after initial sample is approved.
- No refunds/charge-backs are allowed.
- You will only be receiving a digital product with the emote files sent to your email address. You are not purchasing anything physical. Art will be classified as digital goods on Paypal.
1.4 - Extra Costs
- Highly detailed or complex characters will be simplified but I will still add as much as I can for these with an additional cost of $3.
- You can ask for a progress update once a week. I will also be in constant communication with you.
- Up to 3 revisions are allowed. $3 per revisions afterwards.
- Emotes with minimal animation can also be provided for +$2.
- If you do not have a mascot I can also make one for you for an additional cost depending on how many revisions it will take.
1.5 - Final Words
- Any sort of harassment, charge backs or unprofessional behaviour will lead to you being blacklisted.
- Please note that my art is intended to be goofy and fun. So if you like what I make I'd love to work with you :D!
